How does it work?
You can search over 7,500 everyday items to see where they belong:
Search bar: Type the item name and use the drop-down list to select it. The tool will tell you which bin to use.
Drop-off options: If the item can’t go in a bin, the tool suggests nearby recycling or safe disposal points.
Community map: Hover over the icons to see local drop-off locations for recycling, reuse and safe disposal.
