Learn simple and helpful movements to support your body and help you feel more comfortable and stable. This session includes gentle arm movements to loosen your joints and muscles, and Yoga Namaskar, a basic yoga practice that helps keep your body strong, especially your back and spine.
Suitable for people aged 7 and over. Children must attend with an adult.
