In this session, you will learn gentle neck practices to help relax your neck and shoulder muscles, along with the Miracle of Mind meditation, an easy way to begin meditating and feel calmer and more centred. No previous experience is needed, and the practices are suitable for beginners.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
