The Find the Fairy Secret Mini World Garden Trail is a vibrant temporary public art initiative designed to transform pavements and spaces across central Dandenong into an engaging, open-air discovery experience.
Hidden along the trail, small whimsical fairy gardens will be installed throughout the precinct. Each miniature garden will feature a plaque inviting participants to interact by counting or discovering specific elements — for example, “How many poppies can you find?” This playful component encourages families, workers, and visitors to explore the area in a memorable and imaginative way while increasing foot traffic across the precinct.
At the end of the trail, your child will participate in the craft space to create a small artwork to contribute to a collaborative community display.
