This free community information session on Fall Prevention is designed to help older adults stay steady, safe, and independent.
Presented by senior clinicians from Uniting AgeWell, the session will provide practical advice on preventing falls and maintaining confidence in everyday activities. Participants will learn simple strategies to improve balance and strength, make their homes safer, move around more confidently, and reduce their risk of falls.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during an interactive Question and Answer session with the presenters. A complimentary morning tea will be provided, offering a chance to connect with others in the community.
Whether they're looking to learn more for themselves, a family member, or someone they care for, this informative session offers valuable tips to support healthy ageing and independent living.
Everyone is welcome.
